The Airdrie and District Hospice Society and the Airdrie Food Bank, will be offering a free 4 week Cooking for One after a Loss. This program, which is designed for small groups of adults, will be run by trained volunteer facilitators.

Sessions will be held online via Zoom on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 pm, October 6th - October 27th, 2021. This format is in accordance with provincial health regulations and does make it easier for participants who may live a distance outside the city of Airdrie.
