An 8-week program that combines gentle walking in nature with reflection and sharing, designed to support adults grieving the loss of a loved one.
This program is offered as a registered, group to ensure continuity, trust, and support among participants. Volunteers and facilitators guide each walk, ensuring safety, reflection, and connection throughout the journey.
